Every time Instapundit refers to ‘Sissy Willis’, I can’t help thinking “Oliver Willis isn’t exactly the manliest man in the Blogosphere, but calling him a ‘sissy’ seems awfully cruel”. Then, a second or two later, I remember that there’s another Willis with a website whose name is apparently Sissy. Short for Cecilia, I guess. 2 CommentsRSS feed for comments on this post. Nope. Mary’s my given name. Sissy’s a childhood nickname from my older brother that stuck.

Where’d my message go? This is SISSY! Not Cecelia, either, but Mary. My brother called me Sissy in childhood, and the name stuck.
