My only complaint is that the opening voice-over seemed to be laying it on a bit thick in describing the idyllicness (idyllicity?) of the small town in which most of the movie is set. Once the characters started talking I was sucked in. Now I can&#8217;t decide whether to watch it again or to watch the next ones in the Early Bergman box.
